Due to the costs involved with our sholder patch, as with any Department, the requests will be restricted to LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES ONLY.

• In order for a request of a MVPD Shoulder Patch to be fulfilled the L.E.A. MUST do the following:
• Must be a Law Enforcement Agency.
• Requests should be made in writing on a Department letterhead.
• One-for-one exchange of your Department's patch for ours. Limit of one patch per request.
